Don’t fear failure in quality improvements
Nothing worth doing ever comes without obstacles, and no learning takes place by running from adversity. With failure comes wisdom and very few successes were home runs right out of the gate, but instead were the result of learning from many strikeouts. Failure is infinitely instructive, and you will find that more is learned from your failures than from your successes. Fear of failure is a uniquely human trait that takes conscience effort to acknowledge and overcome.
