American Standard Circuits Awarded IATF 16949 Automotive Quality Certification

Congratulations to client American Standard Circuits, on achieving certification to IATF-16949:2016 International Automotive Quality Management System (QMS). The certification is acknowledged as the industry’s highest standard of system and process quality for automotive suppliers. The automotive certification adds to the company’s ISO 9001: 2015, AS9100D and Military current QMS merit badges.

SMT Engineering achieves ISO 9001: 2015 Certification with a perfect audit!

I am proud to announce that client SMT Engineeringhas received certification to ISO 9001: 2015 from certifying body Verisys. The company made the decision to differentiate themselves from other design services by pursuing ISO certification, and their hard work was rewarded with a perfect audit. This was a particularly noteworthy accomplishment as the QMS was developed from scratch and had no existing certification as a baseline. Greg Goltz (Director of Engineering), Steve Spelbring (Sr. Hardware Engineer and Rachel Maslanka (Engineering Project Specialist) embraced the challenge and engaged the entire organization in the effort.
